With your convenience in mind, Jackson Electric Cooperative now offers four ways to pay your electric bill:

1. Direct Monthly Billing
   You receive a monthly statement for the electric service and kWh consumption during the prior billing period. Pay with check, money order or cash. Please do not send cash payments through the mail.

    

2. Budget Payment Plan
   Take the highs and lows out of your energy bills through our Budget Payment Plan. The budget payment amount is based on your average energy usage during the previous 12 months. You will receive a monthly statement showing your actual energy consumption and the amount due under the Budget Payment Plan. The average budget amount may be adjusted from time to time depending upon the actual energy used. There is no additional charge for this service.

   Qualifications: You must have a current account with no outstanding balances. You must have been an active member of the cooperative for the past 12 months.

   To Enroll: Simply call 715-284-5385 or 800-370-4607, or fill in the appropriate area on the Authorization Form and return it with your next payment.

    

3. Direct Payment Plan
   Pay your electric bill each month without lifting a finger with our Direct Payment Plan. Save time with fewer checks to write. Don't worry about lost or misplaced statements or late payment charges.

   Once an Authorization Form has been received, Jackson Electric Cooperative will inform your financial institution of the amount due. The amount will automatically be deducted from your account. Each Direct Payment will be clearly itemized on your monthly statement from your financial institution, as well as on your monthly billing statement form Jackson Electric Cooperative. There is no additional charge for this service.

   To Enroll: Complete the Authorization Form and return it with your next payment. Your automatic withdrawal will begin with your next month's billing.

    

4. Combination Budget Payment and Direct Payment
   Receive the benefits of both plans by completing and returning the Authorization Form (please note a new window will appear with this information).

    

5. VISA and Mastercard payments are accepted.
