Rates

Jackson Electric Cooperative's (JEC) residential, commercial and industrial rates are very competitive with other Wisconsin electric utilities.  Rates are set and maintained by the JEC's Board of Directors. Click on the appropriate link below to view a rate schedule in .pdf format.

Rate A - General Single Phase Service - Available to all year-round consumers for single phase service where 50 kVA or less of transformer capacity is required.  Service is subject to the rules and regulations of the Cooperative.

Rate B - General Three Phase Service - Availability to all year-round consumers for three phase service where 50 kVA or less of transformer capacity is required.  Service is subject to the rules and regulations of the Cooperative.

Rate F - General Single Phase Service - Farm - Available to all year-round consumers (dairy farms) for single phase service where 50 kVA or less of transformer capacity is required.  Service is subject to the rules and regulations of the Cooperative.

Rate DF - Interruptible Heating Rate - Available to all customers for separately metered controlled electric space heating where electric service is also used for lighting and/or other purposes, and who agree to use the Cooperative’s service for space heating under the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth, the Member Service Agreement and other Rules and Regulations of the Cooperative.

Rate ES - Interruptible Heating Rate - Available to all customers for separately metered controlled electric storage space heating where electric service is also used for lighting and/or other purposes, and who agree to use the Cooperative’s service for space heating under the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth, the Member Service Agreement and other Rules and Regulations of the Cooperative.

Rate GD - Grain Dryer Service - Available to separately metered, controlled single-phase grain dryer loads.  Service is subject to the rules and regulations of the Cooperative.

Rate LP - Large Power - Available to all consumers where the required transformer capacity is greater than 50kVA but less than 500 kVA.  Service is subject to the established rules and regulations of the Cooperative.

Rate_PA - Peak Alert - Available for all three phase service for all uses requiring more than 100 kVA of connected transformer capacity.  All subject to the established rules and regulations of the Cooperative and execution of Electric Service Agreement between the Cooperative and the Consumer.

Rate SL - Available to members of the Cooperative for unmetered dusk to dawn area lighting.
