When opening a new membership account in your name, please be prepared to show two forms of identification. Once a completed membership application form is received, a credit report will be administered for a $15 fee. Application forms can be downloaded from this site or obtained from Jackson Electric Cooperative. A deposit of $250 may be required and a new member informational packet will be issued.
