The heirs of an estate can request that the deceased member's Capital Credit be released from their account by writing a letter to the Board of Directors stating the reason for the request. An early payment of Capital Credits is discounted. The other option is for an heir to accept the Capital Credits and continue to receive normal payouts from the capital credit account.
