Advancements in equipment and technology have made several energy efficient lighting options available today. In fact, we so clearly see the benefits of energy efficient lighting that Jackson Electric Cooperative, in conjunction with the Dairyland Power Cooperative, is offering a special lighting rebate program. Switching to modern, energy efficient lighting has never been so affordable. To qualify, you must install new lighting of the following lamp/fixture types Electronic Ballast Fluorescent, Metal Halide or Sodium Vapor to replace existing inefficient lighting.
A minimum of any combination of five ballasts or fixtures is required to qualify for an incentive rebate from your cooperative. You will need to supply a copy of the invoice showing purchase of the new lighting lamps/fixtures before the rebate will be issued.
