It will automatically call the Cooperative Response Center (CRC) if the electricity goes off or if the temperature in your home drops below 40 degrees. The operator will immediately call one of your listed contacts to correct the situation for you.

CRC provides 24-hour professional monitoring and operator services. Monitoring is billed at $72 per year.
